About The Position

As the Omni-Channel Director, Automotive Refinish, you will develop integrated sales strategies. These strategies will improve multiple distribution channels, including direct sales, distributors, jobbers, retail, and online. The goal is to maximize market reach, sales growth, and customer satisfaction within the refinish industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in omni-channel strategy, sales management, retail management, and integrated marketing leadership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive omni-channel strategies that are tailored to direct, distributor, jobber, retail, and online segments and other sales channels
  • Establish and implement a strategy for reaching the retail sales channels that ensures understanding on portfolio, pricing, and private label strategy with our goals.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners to lead collaboration and sales performance
  • Lead teams including marketing, sales, IT, supply chain, and customer service to ensure understanding and execution of omni-channel programs
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, new technologies, and channel performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and to maintain competitive advantage
  • Analyze competitive landscape and customer need to adapt channel strategies accordingly
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve sales and profitability
  • Support channel partners with training, promotional activities, and sales tools to enhance effectiveness
  • Use data and analysis for data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure projects and priorities are delivered in a dynamic
