The Program Manager is the operational backbone of the AI Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Working Group. The role bridges day-to-day POD supervision with broader engagement-level management, serving as the primary point of escalation for program execution and senior stakeholder contact. The Program Manager is responsible for defining, establishing governance for, and implementing critical AI PDLC initiatives, while driving accountability and engagement and ensuring Pods execute within the program’s strategic framework. Regular interaction with MD-level stakeholders is expected. The role establishes governance aligned to the PM Taxonomy, coordinates POD meetings and tracks actions, maintains alignment with the approved engagement strategy, defines program objectives, and develops delivery structures and controls. It provides executive reporting, dashboards, escalation management, risk and issue oversight, and active leadership of program stakeholders, teams, and resourcing. The position also uses enterprise program management tools to plan work, track milestones and dependencies, monitor delivery, maintain accurate records, and report progress and risks to senior stakeholders. The role requires 5–8 years managing complex projects or programs using a structured methodology, including independently leading medium-to-high-risk programs within broader initiatives with line-of-business-wide scope. A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required, or must be obtained within one year. The position is full-time and based in Tampa, Florida. The stated salary range is $103,920–$155,880, with potentially eligible incentive and retention awards.
