About The Position

The Malvern School is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented Lead Teacher for the Older Toddler classroom at The Malvern School of Upper Gwynedd, PA. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday. The teacher will plan, supervise, and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy. The teacher will maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class and communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
• An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
• An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.
