The Older Adult Transition Specialist is responsible for supporting older adults as they navigate changing economic, employment, educational, and retirement-related needs throughout later stages of life. This position provides assessment, counseling, education, benefits navigation, and workforce transition support to help older adults maintain financial stability, independence, and quality of life. The Specialist develops and delivers educational programming focused on retirement readiness, financial literacy, benefits access, workforce participation, entrepreneurship, and digital skills. The position works closely with community partners, volunteer instructors, employment agencies, and internal staff to identify emerging needs and ensure programs achieve measurable outcomes.
