About The Position

Snowbird is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join their Oktoberfest team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, high-energy environment. As an Oktoberfest Festival Server (Under 21), you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable festival atmosphere. Reporting to the Oktoberfest Leadership team, you will provide outstanding food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. This is a part-time, seasonal position running from mid-August through mid-October, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, plus Labor Day. The role involves serving food and beverages, operating a POS system, assisting with food service, maintaining cleanliness, supporting event setup/teardown, and collaborating with team members.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed
• Must obtain Food Handler Permit by training date (August 1 or 2)
• Must be available to work every weekend, including Labor Day weekend (September 5–7)
• Required attendance at training/orientation on August 1 or 2

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by exceeding customer expectations
• Serve food and beverages in compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with food service and maintaining service stations
• Bus tables, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the venue
• Support event setup and teardown activities
• Complete assigned side work and adapt to various roles as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event operations
