About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Oilfield Operator to safely transport, handle, and deliver fuel and related products to customer locations.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record meeting company and insurance requirements.
Ability to understand and follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, permits, and customer requirements.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate and troubleshoot pumps, hoses, valves, meters, and related equipment.
Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and other technology.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in dynamic field environments.
Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and overnight travel as business needs require.
Ability to work extended shifts in varying and extreme weather conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

Class A or B CDL preferred.
Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.
Previous oilfield, energy, fuel delivery, or industrial field experience.
Experience operating pumps, fluid transfer systems, hoses, valves, or similar equipment.
Experience fueling heavy equipment or transferring fuel and petroleum products.
Customer-required site certifications or "carded" status.
Local candidates preferred; qualified non-local candidates may be considered based on business needs and experience.

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles, pumps, valves, meters, hoses, and related equipment.
Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily inspections of vehicles and equipment.
Verify product quantities, delivery locations, and customer requirements before unloading.
Safely perform fueling and product transfer activities at customer and oilfield locations.
Identify and report equipment defects, spills, leaks, hazards, and other safety concerns.
Maintain accurate delivery, inspection, and required DOT documentation.
Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, environmental requirements, and customer site procedures.
Maintain clean and professional equipment and work areas.
Participate in required safety meetings, training, and continuing education.
Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
