About The Position

The Oiler helps keep industrial equipment operating effectively and supports maintenance by monitoring equipment and protecting it. The role emphasizes safety and making a daily contribution to operations.
Requirements
- Some experience with tools and their use.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English documents and verbal instructions for safety, ISO, and work-related tasks.
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group situations and speak effectively before groups of customers, vendors, or employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
