About The Position
Take 5 Nashville is hiring entry-level Oil/Lube Techs to join its expanding team. Technicians help provide quality automotive service and customer satisfaction while supporting store operations. The role includes checking windshield and tire pressure, inspecting under the hood and topping off fluids, draining and replacing oil and appropriate filters, assisting store leadership with opening and closing, following corporate policies and procedures, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, office, and grounds, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position is full-time and offers tips, commissions, benefits, career advancement opportunities, and a management training track.
Requirements
- Have a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Have basic computer skills, including entering data and navigating a point-of-sale system.
- Have a state-issued driver's license.

- Meet the physical demands of the job, including being on your feet all day, working outside in heat or cold, bending, and twisting.
- Use hands for grasping, pulling, and turning.
