About The Position
Take 5 Nashville is hiring entry-level Oil/Lube Techs to join its expanding team. The role is suited to candidates starting a career in automotive services or seeking to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. Technicians perform basic vehicle maintenance, help with store operations, follow company procedures, maintain cleanliness, and deliver outstanding customer service. Compensation includes an hourly rate, tips, and commissions.
Requirements
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Hard-working, motivated, and customer-focused.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Basic computer skills, including entering data and navigating a point-of-sale system.
- State-issued driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including being on one's feet all day, working outside in heat or cold, bending, and twisting.
- Ability to use hands for grasping, pulling, and turning.
Responsibilities
- Check windshield and tire pressure.
- Inspect the hood and top off fluids.
- Drain and replace oil and appropriate filters.
- Assist the store manager and leadership with opening and closing.
- Follow corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, office, and grounds.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
