About The Position

Crystal Clean is seeking a motivated Oil Filter Representative to support its oil collection program. The representative collects used oil filters from customer locations and transports them safely back to the branch. The role includes servicing existing customers, maintaining safe vehicle and equipment operation, completing driving logs and paperwork, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Crystal Clean provides complete training and offers opportunities for advancement. Compensation consists of a weekly base salary plus commission; actual earnings vary by performance and location.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Class B CDL with Air Brakes and Hazmat endorsements.
Ability to work independently and keep to a tight schedule.
Safe driving record.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Remove full oil filter containers at customer locations and leave empty containers.
Provide excellent customer service.
Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time.
Inspect the vehicle and equipment to ensure safe operation.
Maintain a D.O.T. driving log.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
Recognize potential sales opportunities and notify appropriate branch personnel.
Follow corporate policies and standards, including environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance requirements.
Present a positive image of Crystal Clean to employees, external contacts, and the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
