The technician completes repair-order work, diagnoses and services customer vehicles, communicates additional repair or maintenance needs to Service Advisors, and maintains a clean, organized, safe, and productive work area. The role also involves providing accurate estimates for additional work and continuing to learn new technology, procedures, and vehicle specifications. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.

Complete work listed on repair orders efficiently and according to company policies and procedures.
Diagnose, repair, and service customer vehicles to high standards.
Communicate with Service Advisors about additional repairs or maintenance needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and productive work area.
Continue learning new technology, repair procedures, and vehicle specifications.
