About The Position
Valvoline Instant Oil Change is seeking an Oil Change Technician. This role offers comprehensive training on car servicing, customer service, team management, financial business management, and training others. The company emphasizes career progression, with 90% of Service Center Managers having started as hourly technicians. The ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly attitude, a customer service mentality, and the ability to be a team player. Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and energy is also desired. The role requires the desire and ability to learn, demonstrate personal responsibility, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, possess full body mobility, and work on feet for extended periods.
