About The Position

As an Oil Change Technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you will learn how to service cars, provide world-class customer service, and contribute to a team environment. The role also involves understanding the financial aspects of the business and training others. Valvoline is committed to internal growth, with 90% of Service Center Managers having started as hourly Technicians, and provides comprehensive training to support career advancement.
