About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to perform oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance while providing excellent customer service. No experience is required; paid training is provided. The position offers pay up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, and weekly bonuses are available. Early access to 50% of earned wages is available through myFlexPay. Full-time and flexible schedules are available, and the posting identifies this opening as part-time. Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, except in the listed states where the minimum age is over 16.
Must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform light maintenance services, such as replacing wiper blades and air filters and filling tires with air.
