About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube technicians. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided to teach team members how to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and perform other light maintenance services. The role is suited to people who are friendly, self-motivated, interested in working with cars, willing to learn, and ready to work hard with a positive attitude. The posting offers pay up to $15 per hour, consisting of base pay and commissions, and describes opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements

• No experience is required; the company provides training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
