About The Position
Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to join its crew. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members oil changes, wiper blade and air filter replacement, tire inflation, and other light maintenance services. The role is suited to someone who is willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop. Pay is up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions. Full-time and flexible schedules are available, and team members can advance through the company into leadership roles.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
- Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
- Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
- Inspect and top off fluids.
- Perform coolant exchanges.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
