About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to work as a crew member and lube technician. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. Team members learn to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and perform other light maintenance services. The role offers base pay and commissions, with pay up to $15 per hour, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in hot or cold weather conditions when necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years old, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
