Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Oil and/or Propane Service Technician
Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing oil burners, boilers, and heating systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with customers, dispatchers, and team members
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

HVAC service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair oil boilers, burners, and heating systems
Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system cleanings
Service and maintain pumps, hoses, nozzles, and related oil heating equipment
Service and maintain heating oil tanks, including interior and exterior systems
Respond to service calls and identify and resolve safety concerns
Communicate effectively with dispatch and service departments throughout the workday
Maintain accurate and complete records of service and repairs performed
Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service to customers
Follow company safety procedures and uphold high standards for quality and efficiency
Manage the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs
