About The Position

i360technologies is hiring two Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Interface Developers to support a major federal agency’s 10-year financial management modernization program. The program is replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency. Developers will build and support integrations connecting the new core financial system with agency and external systems. The role is intended for early-career developers who learn quickly and want to grow as the program progresses.

AI is central to the team’s delivery approach. Developers are expected to use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar to learn new platforms, develop and debug integrations, build mappings, and document work. Candidates should be prepared to describe how they have used AI to close a knowledge gap and achieve practical results.

Employment is contingent upon contract award and Government approval of candidate qualifications. Work must be performed within the United States; remote access from foreign locations is not permitted. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents with at least three years of U.S. residency, successfully complete a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting, and be eligible to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential. The role also requires execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement, compliance with agency Security Rules of Behavior, and completion of required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of integration development experience.
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with FBDI and BI Publisher (BIP) integration patterns.
• Experience with SFTP and file-based integrations.
• Strong debugging and error-handling skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency, with a minimum of three years of U.S. residency.
• Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy OIC integrations.
