About The Position

CPARC is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Offsite/Food Service Coordinator to lead and grow its Food Service and Industry Integrated programs. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of an in-house kitchen, commercial catering, food service vending, and government contracts. The coordinator will also be responsible for developing pricing, proposals, marketing strategies, and new business opportunities. Additionally, they will lead and support program managers, build relationships with various stakeholders, and create new workplace opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Through community outreach and collaboration, the role aims to strengthen programs that provide valuable skills, meaningful employment, and greater opportunities for the individuals served.

Requirements

Experience in food service and/or food service management required.
Current, valid driver's license and ability to meet CPARC/CIT driving requirements.

Nice To Haves

Degree in social services, public administration, or business preferred.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities highly preferred.
