About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience best shared with friends. Their goal is to deliver memorable beverage moments to drinkers. The Offsite Beertender supports various events, such as Pints In the Park (PITP), ensuring patrons have a fantastic and responsible time while bringing RBC's "FU Awesome" culture on the road. This is a seasonal opportunity ideal for students and those seeking summer employment. The role involves supporting co-workers to maintain a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere beyond the taproom. Ideal candidates should support the company culture and vision, possess hospitality attributes, be willing to step in when needed, have a "can-do" personality, be self-motivated, customer-focused, flexible, and eager to learn.

• Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation
• Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule

• Willingness to learn our beer and cider offerings as well as specialty beverages/cocktails
• Must be of state legal age to serve alcohol in your respective state
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time including outdoors
• Authorized to work in the US
• Reliable transportation to get to and from various off-site locations
• Current, valid driver license to occasionally transport items to the sites

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory and/or event coordination experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure patrons are having a fantastic time (responsibly)
• Bring the "FU Awesome" culture on the road
• Support co-workers to provide and maintain the "FU Awesome" atmosphere beyond the taproom walls - clean, friendly, and fun
• Assist with set up and tear down
• Take orders
• Pour beer/cider
• Serve cans
• Engage with patrons
