About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beverage moments to the drinkers of the world, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery. What you'll be doing: Resurgence brews, BlackBird cider, and Brightside Vibes are tasty anywhere and you'll be there, too! The Offsite Beertender supports various events like our famous Pints In the Park (PITP). It's your job to ensure patrons are having a fantastic time (responsibly) and to bring our FU Awesome culture on the road! This is a perfect seasonal opportunity for students and those seeking summer employment! You'll support your co-workers to provide and maintain the FU Awesome atmosphere beyond the taproom walls - clean, friendly, and fun. Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess hospitality attributes, be able and willing to step in when needed, possess a "can-do" personality, be self-motivated, have a customer-focused attitude, be flexible, and be willing to learn. Basics: Assist with set up and tear down, take orders, pour beer/cider, serve cans, and engage with patrons. This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability. Why Buffalo? RBC is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors, Buffalo, NY. We're a young brewery, established in 2013, and on the heels of the "resurgence" of the city (see what we did there?). Many are flocking to the region for our good eats, affordable living, friendly atmosphere, craft brew scene, new opportunities, and, of course, experiencing all four seasons! We're a big city, but not too big. There are very few degrees of separation and we value hard work. Must be of state legal age to serve alcohol in your respective state
Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time including outdoors
Authorized to work in the US
Reliable transporation to get to and from various off-site locations
Current, valid driver license to occasionally transport items to the sites
