About The Position

At Interstates, we don’t just show up to work, we show up for each other. From our headquarters in Iowa to job sites across the country, we’re doing award-winning electrical, controls, automation, and OT work that powers industrial facilities for clients here in the U.S. and around the world. We believe in building strong teams, doing the right thing, and making a difference in the communities where we live. If you want to grow and do meaningful work, you’ll feel at home here. Offsite Construction Lead Location: Flexible / Can Be Based Anywhere At Interstates, we are always looking for better ways to build. Our Offsite Construction team plays a key role in improving how projects are planned, designed, and delivered by shifting work from the field to controlled shop environments whenever possible. We are looking for an Offsite Construction Lead who can help align teams early, drive adoption of offsite strategies, and improve the way our VDC, Prefab, Planning, and Construction teams work together. This role will help ensure projects are set up for success from the start while strengthening processes that support quality, safety, and schedule certainty. If you enjoy connecting teams, improving processes, and helping projects run smoother before the first piece of conduit is installed, this role may be a great fit.
