Dominion Energy is seeking an Offshore Wind Marine Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of all offshore vessel activities within the CVOW Pilot and Commercial wind lease areas, including the export cable corridor. This role involves using site-specific software to monitor and track personnel and vessel movements. The Coordinator will collaborate with senior team members on priorities, new procedures, and technology. They will work with other Marine Coordinators, the Supervisor of Offshore Logistics, and the HSE manager to ensure compliance with policies and best marine practices. This position requires documented experience in marine coordination and operates under general guidance. All Marine Coordinators maintain 24x7 operational coverage, requiring shift work. The role involves adhering to established procedures and providing input on revisions to safety protocols, the marine coordination plan, and the Safety Management System (SMS). The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, experience leading daily operation briefs, and maintaining schedules for maritime vessels. Experience in field operations or a dispatching center, a maritime background, and risk mitigation experience are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and a solid understanding of basic computer programs.
