The Offshore Technician - Level 2 will be responsible for traveling to customer sites, both on and offshore, to assess and repair equipment, primarily focusing on control and automated valve assemblies. This role involves pre-work safety analysis, performing repairs, communicating with clients about operational problems and company deliverables, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also be involved in training new employees and must be available for on-call and off-shift work, as well as overtime, including some weekends. A significant part of the role involves troubleshooting and repairing various types of valves and related equipment, using basic tools, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. The job requires adherence to company policies and collaborative work with internal staff to maintain product knowledge and precise communication with stakeholders. Travel is required up to 15% of the time.
