About The Position

At Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, we are seeking to hire Offset Press Associates to join our growing company. MPG is a leading manufacturer of trading card games and collectibles, located in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park and Piedmont Triad regions. Responsibilities

• Provide support to an Offset Press Operator.
• Stage components in advance for scheduled jobs for the press.
• Partner with the Offset Press Operator in setting up job runs, including ink, water chemistry, feeder, and feed board.
• Assist the Offset Press Operator in the production of high-quality products, including make ready, wash-ups, and maintenance of the press.
• Maintain a running press, set up the feeder, and utilize a continuous feeder system with minimal knock offs.
• Partner with the Offset Press Operator to meet customer requirements, quality standards, departmental run speeds, and productivity efficiencies while maintaining safety and good housekeeping standards.
• Work with other team members to complete orders accurately and efficiently to support operational excellence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
