About The Position

The Officer, Data Processing is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality data management within Unilode’s operational systems. This role supports network efficiency by correcting errors, updating flight schedules, and maintaining stock records. The position requires attention to detail, collaboration across departments, and adaptability to shifting operational priorities.

  • Experience in aviation message handling (SITA) preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Accurate Data Processing and Stock Records
  • Correct data errors in system messages to ensure accuracy in ULD stock tracking.
  • Maintain data quality standards and ensure compliance with operational processes.
  • Process flight schedule updates and adjustments as per operational requirements.
  • Support System Integration and IT Coordination
  • Ensure smooth data flow between internal teams and IT support functions.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and integrating their data management requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processing workflows.
  • Process Optimization and Issue Resolution
  • Identify inefficiencies in data processing and suggest process improvements.
  • Proactively flag and escalate system or data-related issues to relevant teams.
  • Monitor compliance with message handling procedures to reduce errors.
