About The Position

The Office Teammate advocates for guests and helps provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. The role requires a professional appearance and a neat, clean, and safe work area. The teammate assists with supervision of the Guest Service area, daily cash and sales activities, training and coaching, and accurate processing of guest transactions. The Guest Service area and related items must be properly secured during work and at the end of each shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Reliability.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Basic math skills.
Basic literacy.
Basic computer skills.
6–12 months of related experience.
Satisfactory performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest served.
Provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code and personal grooming policy.
Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area according to company policies and procedures.
Assist the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader - Office in supervising the Guest Service area.
Assist the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader - Office with daily cash and sales activities.
Train and coach Guest Service teammates to support an exceptional shopping experience.
Accurately process guest transactions, including check cashing, bill payment, ATM transactions, Lottery, and Western Union.
Ensure the Guest Service area and related items are properly secured during work and at the end of each shift.
Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
Perform other related duties assigned by management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
