Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months of office experience
- Proficient typing and clerical skills
- Professional demeanor and exceptional phone etiquette
Nice To Haves
- Background in customer service preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient visits, ensuring schedules align with staff availability and patient needs.
- Handle patient concerns and respond to daily phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Inputting crucial patient information.
- Managing clinical data.
- Facilitating communication between patients, clinicians, and insurance companies.
- Cross-train for various Management Information System (MIS) functions.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of our agency's work.
