About The Position

McKenney Home Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and adaptable Office Support Coordinator to join our Venice office. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy private-duty home care agency. The Office Support Coordinator will work closely with HR, Scheduling, Recruiting, and Clinical and should be comfortable shifting priorities quickly throughout the day. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and is willing to step in wherever support is needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Home care, home health, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple departments is a plus
  • Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace experience preferred
  • WellSky Personal Care/ClearCare experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors, applicants, caregivers, clients, and family members
  • Assist with general office organization and daily office needs
  • Prepare, scan, file, and organize documents
  • Maintain electronic and paper records
  • Assist with forms, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Support HR with employee files, credentials, onboarding, and follow-up
  • Support Scheduling with caregiver and client communication, schedule updates, and coverage-related needs
  • Support Clinical with documentation, records, forms, and follow-up
  • Support Recruiting with applicant communication, interview coordination, and hiring-related tasks as needed
  • Assist with orientation materials, meetings, trainings, and office events
  • Attend job fairs, recruiting events, or community events as needed
  • Enter and update information in agency systems
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, applicants, clients, families, and team members
  • Assist multiple departments based on changing daily priorities
  • Participate in the required after-hours on-call rotation
