About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Management Assistant to support a short-term project focused on organizing, digitizing, and preparing office files. This role involves hands-on work with physical and electronic records and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. (Part Time or Full Time)

Requirements

  • Due to requirements of U.S. Export Control Law under ITAR (22 CFR 120-130), only U.S. Persons will be considered for this position.
  • A U.S. Person is defined as: A U.S. citizen or A permanent resident (w/ a valid green card), who does not work for a foreign company.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with scanning equipment
  • Ability to handle large volumes of documents and repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative or records management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sort, organize, and categorize physical files and records
  • Scan and digitize documents from filing cabinets and storage boxes
  • Ensure accurate naming, indexing, and electronic filing of documents
  • Organize and restructure filing systems for improved accessibility
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  • Assist with general file management tasks
