Provides supervision and administrative support for staff in assigned areas and ensures office procedures are maintained.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years office experience
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Intermediate - Computer skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic - Accounting skills
  • Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic medical terminology, where required by the job
  • Valid driver's license, where required
