About The Position

The Office Supervisor will maintain efficient staffing levels with knowledgeable, well-trained employees who meet or exceed department standards. They will review and analyze the total quality of all Registration functions according to established standards. The supervisor will effectively achieve staff quality in work performance and productivity through an ongoing commitment to providing employees with continually updated information and knowledge, and continually seek methods to improve existing procedures through change. Additionally, they will oversee and perform surgical coordination for the surgeons, ensuring all surgical prerequisites are complete (pre-admission testing, pre-certifications, referrals, preparing patient for the administrative process).

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in an area of specialty or 3-5 years of experience in the field or a related area preferred.
  • Two to five (2-5) years of supervisory experience in the Admission and Practice Management field.
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
