As an Office Supervisor, you will oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient service. Every day you will manage staff, coordinate schedules, oversee patient flow, address billing/insurance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and healthcare administration knowledge, optimizing operations and enhancing patient/staff experience. Assist in developing long-range plans and organizational policies and procedures. Assure understanding and implementation of Mountain Management Services policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School GED General Studies
  • 3 years related practice / office management or staff experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Other or equivalent experience
  • Electronic medical records experience preferred
