Behind every successful installation and service call is an office team that keeps customers informed, schedules organized, and technicians set up for success. We’re looking for an organized, customer focused Office Supervisor to lead and support our office team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
- 2 or more years of customer service, office administration, dispatch, or related experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem solving skills
- Ability to coach, support, and hold team members accountable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in garage doors, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or a similar service industry
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
- Experience with dispatching and technician scheduling
- Experience with invoicing, payments, or accounts receivable
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Customer Service and Dispatch team
- Provide daily direction, coaching, training, and accountability to office staff
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and customer communication
- Monitor workloads and help the team prioritize daily needs
- Ensure customer calls, emails, estimates, and follow ups are handled timely and professionally
- Assist with escalated customer concerns and service issues
- Oversee invoicing, payments, customer records, and office documentation
- Coordinate with technicians, installers, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
- Provide hands on support during busy periods or team absences
