About The Position

Provide ongoing customer service and support to the Eastern Service Area foster care teams and administrator. Manage day to day clerical operations for the foster care team; maintaining a record of the IT bundle for new incoming staff, exiting staff, and current Relative Kinship support staff members; ensuring equipment being provided is accurately recorded on spreadsheet and in the Monday board; coordinating with the Administrative Specialist on ordering new equipment for the employee; maintaining an inventory of supplies the RKS team needs for day to day operations; reviewing and mailing fingerprint cards; reviewing fingerprint cards for accuracy; managing NFocus and Monday board entries, entering data to ensure cases are accurately reflected; managing receipts for credit card usage each month; consolidating the credit card and complete the process according to the timelines provided by accounting; managing accommodations needed for leadership travel; managing vehicle and mileage usage each month; consolidating the credit card and complete the process according to the timelines provided by accounting; managing accommodations needed for leadership travel; ensuring milage forms are completed and sent to the appropriate department monthly, and ensuring any corrections be researched and correct before sending out; and uploading monthly reports, medical reports, background checks, report cards, and home studies into document imaging.

Requirements

  • Coursework/training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers and office equipment; or areas related to the programs and functions of the employing agency.
  • Experience in customer service or public contact; or applying criteria/regulations; and/or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work including use of personal computers and office equipment.
  • Valid drivers license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Foster Care team office support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products which includes word, excel, and PDF.
