Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Experience with a large, multi-line switchboard systems
  • Good clerical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to operate a computer and supporting software
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones in main reception area within a corporate reception office and using a large, multi-line switchboard; direct calls as appropriate
  • Greet, process, and direct visitors; provide general customer service and information as requested
  • Sort, open, and process incoming and outgoing mail and prepare packages for mailing; may be required to pick-up and deliver mail at off-site locations
  • Compute and enter data into a database system
  • Maintain office supply inventory and ensure materials are stocked and organized
  • Facilitate general office communication and administrative coordination
  • Provide administrative support to department leaders as assigned
