The Office Specialist provides clerical support to an outpatient behavioral health center. This role involves greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments both in-person and via Zoom, making reminder calls to clients, collecting copays and service fees, answering and routing calls, and maintaining organized documentation. Additionally, the Office Specialist will perform a variety of routine clerical services such as filing, photocopying, faxing, maintaining office supplies, and sorting and distributing mail.
