Requirements

  • Minimum of two years providing exemplary customer service.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Adherence to federal drug laws, including restrictions on medical marijuana use.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service experience.
  • Ability to show compassion and respect to clients and their families.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish immediate rapport with clients.
  • Capacity to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or crisis situations.
  • Basic cash handling skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to foster effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exemplary customer service to both clients and employees.
  • Efficiently gathering client and insurance information.
  • Requesting, collecting, and processing co-payments at the time of service.
  • Conveying all necessary details regarding client appointments while working within the electronic medical record system.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
  • Answering phones, screening calls, and relaying messages to the appropriate sources.
  • Monitoring the clinic lobby to ensure it remains safe, secure, and professional.
  • Being knowledgeable about the crisis system.
  • Managing group room scheduling.
  • Coordinating with other team members about appointments.
  • Performing various office operations to support the commitment to excellence and customer-centric care.
