The Office Services Team Member is responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining bulletin boards, performing operational duties as instructed by the supervisor, and periodically covering the receptionist position. This role requires flexibility with responsibilities and work times during the week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies and packages between 30-45 lbs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual - ability to communicate effectively in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Order new supplies as needed and ensure timely delivery.
  • Organize and store supplies in an orderly manner.
  • Bulletin Board Maintenance: Keep bulletin boards up to date with relevant information.
  • Remove outdated materials and replace them with current notices.
  • Ensure bulletin boards are visually appealing and informative.
  • Operational Duties: Perform various operational tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Assist with office organization and cleanliness.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Receptionist Coverage: Cover the receptionist's desk periodically.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors and handle inquiries.
  • Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing responsibilities and work schedules.
  • Be available to work different shifts as required.
