About The Position

We are currently seeking an Office Service Specialist who can provide operations functions in the following areas: shipping and receiving products and supplies; sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing packages, boxes, mail, FedEx, and UPS; operate postage machine; and order all supplies for the Office Services team which supports the broader Milwaukee office. This is a hands‑on, operations‑focused position that blends facilities support, mailroom/shipping duties, customer service, and general office coordination.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Experience working in a shipping and receiving environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, problem solve and prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to lift heavy items up to 75 lbs
  • Deliver project samples throughout the day to designated locations
  • Ability to commute to the office five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Ensure copiers are working properly including inspecting daily, adding paper as necessary, clearing jams, and contacting technical support.
  • Verifies AP invoices.
  • Place orders and receives all office services supplies and maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
  • Filing accurately and timely.
  • Stocking kitchens, common areas and conference rooms.
  • Perform catering functions including ordering and delivering food and beverages.
  • Maintain inventory of catering, beer, and wine; stocking daily.
  • Manage storage areas.
  • Work with team to ensure common areas are neat and tidy.
  • Handles printing, scanning and archive requests, as needed.
  • Backup to Receptionist for lunch coverage.
  • Hours of work will vary due to business needs.
  • Special projects, as assigned.
