Office Services & Events Manager

About The Position

The Office Services & Events Manager owns office operations, facilities strategy, and employee engagement programming across multiple TRANZACT locations. This role sets standards, manages budgets and vendor relationships, and leads a team of Office Services Administrators who execute day-to-day site operations. The Manager ensures consistency and excellence across all assigned locations while developing the Administrators who support them.

Requirements

  • Own the office services budget for assigned locations, approving invoices and expenses processed by Administrators.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiating service contracts (cleaning, catering, maintenance); serve as escalation point for issues beyond Administrator scope.
  • Set space-planning strategy and workplace safety/ADA compliance standards; audit and coach Administrators on execution.
  • Identify and implement office services process improvements and standards to drive consistency across locations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management on strategic/lease-level matters.
  • Oversee equipment/supply strategy, including partnership with IT on shipping and warehouse management for sales centers.
  • Working with Director to plan the annual and AEP event calendar and strategy for assigned locations; delegate on-site execution to Administrators.
  • Select event vendors, negotiate contracts, and own event budgets and post-event ROI/feedback analysis.
  • Partner with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to align events and engagement programming with company culture and strategic priorities.
  • Develop creative concepts and themes for engagement initiatives that build team connection and company pride.
  • Draft weekly calendars, newsletters, and employee communications for Administrator distribution.
  • Partner with HR on wellness programs, recognition events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Recruiting leadership on hiring event strategy, pre-licensing exam venue planning, and out-of-state recruiting support.
  • Represent Office Services on cross-functional and site-leadership initiatives.
  • Manage, train, and develop Office Services Administrators at assigned locations.
  • Set workload priorities for Administrators and conduct regular check-ins and performance feedback.
  • Track and report office services KPIs, budgets, and site-level metrics to leadership.
