About The Position

The Office Route Reconciliation position is responsible for reconciling the routes of the drivers as they return from routes and depositing cash. This role involves auditing product returns against adjustments on customer invoices to ensure accuracy of product counts upon return. Additionally, the position requires reviewing route driver paperwork to ensure drivers are performing cash handling procedures according to BEK operational guidelines. The daily tasks include posting money received from drivers to A/R and making deposits according to cash management procedures, ensuring the security of funds.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable or equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years work experience in an accounting environment
• Outstanding computer skills, with exceptional data entry (10-key by touch and alpha-numeric) skills
• Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications
• High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• Wholesale food service distribution experience preferred
