About The Position

SEI Healthcare is a home care provider committed to fostering an environment of wellness, healing, and independence for its clients since 2002. This role involves performing administrative functions that require independent judgment and timely project completion to enhance the effectiveness of the department and the organization. The position provides support in areas such as filing, special copying projects, billing, staff scheduling, resolving customer service concerns, and other general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
  • One (1) year of basic clerical experience or six (6) months of directly related experience involving office functions.
  • Familiar with all office equipment, such as fax, copier, scanner.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Sandata, Healthstar and Paycom strongly preferred.
  • Santrax and Carebridge previous experience a plus.
