Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine questions and requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
• Receive and organize mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
• Maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
• Support customer follow-ups and general communication activities.
• Assist team members with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.
• Organize office materials and supplies as needed.
