About The Position

As an Office Production Assistant, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Artists Equity facility. You'll provide invaluable support to the office manager, contributing to the successful execution of projects and the office's overall productivity. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks, running errands for the company, and ensuring that the facility is organized and stocked with necessary inventory. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational readiness of the Artists Equity office by overseeing its cleanliness and functionality.
  • Aid in managing office, kitchen, and restroom supplies inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and restocking of common areas throughout the day.
  • Provide support to the Receptionist as necessary, including handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Execute various errands, pickups, and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
  • Confirm completion of tasks, providing updates and documentation as required.
  • Cover the reception desk during the receptionist’s breaks or absence.
  • Manage common areas, addressing needs such as furniture arrangement, cleanliness, and minor maintenance.
  • Assist with office relocations, deliveries, and set up for events.
  • Coordinate and assist with organizing office lunches and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
