Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in operations or business management.
  • Experience improving processes, managing teams, and running day‑to‑day business operations.
  • Strong comfort with technology, automation, and AI‑enabled tools.
  • Clear, direct communication style and a high accountability orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Support EOS rhythms, maintain scorecard metrics, and ensure alignment across administrative functions
  • Manage the firm's tech stack, support AI adoption, coordinate with IT vendors, and strengthen cybersecurity practices
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and support non‑attorney staff; maintain personnel records and enforce policies
  • Build and maintain SOPs, streamline workflows, and eliminate manual processes through automation
  • Oversee office maintenance, vendors, supplies, records management, and business continuity procedures
  • Monitor KPIs, identify operational risks, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with firm standards
