Under the direct supervision of the Director, the Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for primary personnel and budgetary support along with planning and organizing the total administrative operations of the Disability Access Center (DAC) and ensuring that the personnel, budgetary, and administrative objectives of the department area. The Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, analyzing, documenting, and recommending proper courses of action related to day-to-day operations, administrative workflow, and office policies and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for general and special administrative functions within DAC and providing administrative support to the Director, Associate Director, and Coordinators. The Office Operations Manager must have thorough knowledge of budget policies, procedures, and functions of DAC and the university in order to coordinate budget, personnel, and administrative operations. This position requires extensive interaction and a positive working relationship with DAC staff and the campus community, which includes university staff, faculty, and students.
