The position is responsible for managing office communications, coordinating administrative procedures, and facilitating key tasks, including ordering supplies, managing calendars, supporting incoming calls and emails, organizing mail, and assisting managers and supervisors with administrative needs. As AGC Heat Transfer continues to grow—with operations spanning four manufacturing and service facilities and a strong engineering-driven culture—this role supports increasing coordination needs and contributes to an efficient, customer-centered organization.
