About The Position

ANDMORE is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join their team at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC). This role is crucial for managing front-of-house operations, providing administrative and customer service support, and ensuring consistent coverage of reception and communication channels. As the primary point of contact, the coordinator will deliver a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, tenants, vendors, and customers, while also supporting business initiatives and operational continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent college graduates encouraged to apply).
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative, office management, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presence and polished customer service approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary receptionist for ADAC’s main office/conference center and front entrance, greeting visitors, answering questions, and providing guidance.
  • Maintain continuous coverage of the reception desk during operating hours and ensure coverage during PTO or absences.
  • Manage and respond to ADAC’s main communication lines (phone, MS teams, etc.) and provide backup support for overflow calls.
  • Monitor and manage the general email inbox, filtering, responding to, or routing inquiries appropriately to ensure timely responses.
  • Provide customer service support to tenants, vendors, and visitors.
  • Assist with invoicing, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support office systems and maintain organized records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and clarity of responsibilities.
  • Provide extended support during Market events and special programming, including coordinating and overseeing ADAC shuttle operations during Market.
  • Support events that may extend beyond regular business hours and ensure appropriate staffing plans during high-traffic periods.
  • Update and manage ADAC’s client CRM database.
  • Work with local hotels to obtain ADAC rates for clients and ensure current rates are available on ADAC’s website.
  • Assist with the organization, maintenance, and purchasing of office supplies.
  • Create agendas for staff and tenant meetings and assist with monthly tenant communications.
  • Manage the RSVP inbox and track RSVPs as needed for events.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with ADAC team showroom owners, design offices, designers, and clients, relaying constructive feedback to the Management Office.
  • Maintain a fully staffed and operational office five days per week, coordinating temporary staff or vendors as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Assist in PTO scheduling coordination to prevent front desk coverage gaps.
  • Establish and uphold a standard that the office is never left unattended during operating hours.
